Wrong product delivered?

PBMonline.be compiles your order with the utmost care. If you nevertheless receive a different product than you have ordered, you can of course return this product to us. The shipping costs for this are paid by us.
We do not charge shipping costs for sending the product ordered by you.
Complain within 7 days after delivery.

Order wrong product?

It may happen that you accidentally ordered a wrong product with us. Although we are not legally obliged for business orders, you can return the product to us if the product is undamaged and it is in its original (unopened) packaging. In that case we will return the purchase price of the product to your bank account. Any graduated discounts are calculated. You do not reimburse the shipping costs you have incurred yourself and the shipping costs you have paid to us. If it concerns a specific order item that (this we mention when confirming your order), we can not take back the goods.

Complain within 7 days after delivery and only with original purchase receipt.

Report returns

Before returning products, you must register them at PBMonline.be for return. This can be done by telephone or by e-mail. You can e-mail to verkoop@ppeb2b.com.
