- User-friendly filling: 1. Open the cover on the back of
the cool vest, 2. Fill the cool vest with water (tap or bottle) and close the
valve, 3. Spread the contents of the cool vest evenly, 4.
Repeat spreading on all sides / surfaces of the cool vest and
ensure a proportionate distribution, 5. Roll the cool vest from the
bottom up with open flap, to remove excess air and water
delete, 6. Close the cover and the product is ready for use
